If a person isn’t actively seeking a procedure, they could still be a good patient for you, but they don’t know it yet. We target these prospects using digital ads targeted to people who live near your dental practice.

Once an ad is clicked the prospect views a website. This website has information that is specifically about the type of procedure they are interested in. What happens after a person requests a consultation?
When a prospect requests a consult, the Treatment Coordinator at your office would call the patient to schedule an appointment. You receive that information through email and through a digital dashboard.

Our goal is for your office to start developing a relationship with the prospective patient. There is a Contact Management System (CMS) that helps you, your team and our team see what prospects turn into patients. This helps both our teams learn how best to attract qualified patients to your practice.
Does this system work with my website or other marketing?
